Join us for a classic Danish Easter lunch with great food, cold beer, and good company at Færgekroen in Tivoli. We've secured a delicious menu featuring everything from herring and salmon to roast pork and traditional apple cake.

First serving

• Marinated herring with sour cream, caper berries, and red onions

• Cold-smoked salmon with horseradish cream and pickled onions

• Breaded local flatfish with homemade remoulade and lemon

Second serving

• Roast pork from Grambogaard with red cabbage and crispy pork crackling

• Warm veal liver pâté with bacon and sautéed mushrooms

• Creamy chicken salad with wholegrain mustard and dry-salted bacon

Dessert

• Traditional Danish apple cake with vanilla-cooked apples, crispy macaroons, and rich whipped cream
